Our latest work continues to grow as we’ve focused on expanding our community based water-quality monitoring program and supporting the dedicated volunteers who serve as our river stewards. These efforts, along with regular roadside cleanups along the river corridor, help protect the health and beauty of the Upper Merced River. We’re also developing a new macro-invertebrate sampling program, offering volunteers the chance to help collect important data about the river’s small but vital organisms.
